1. Digital products
Creative Factory products are digital materials supplied electronically. Unless expressly stated otherwise on a particular product page, no physical product will be shipped to the customer.
A Tattoo Kit may include high-resolution artwork, materials for your tattoo artist, a guide and the terms of the Personal Tattoo License. The exact contents are specified on the relevant product page.
2. Receiving your order
After successful payment confirmation, the customer is provided with access to download the purchased digital product. Access may be provided on the page displayed after payment and/or through an individual download link.
The download link is intended solely for the customer and must not be shared with third parties except where expressly permitted by the Personal Tattoo License.
For the protection of digital content against unauthorized distribution, a download link may have an expiration period and/or a limited number of downloads.
3. Delivery time
When payment is processed automatically, access to the digital product is provided after Creative Factory receives confirmation of successful payment from the payment service.
In some cases, payment confirmation or access may take additional time due to technical reasons. If your payment has been completed successfully but you have not received access to your files, please contact us at info@madamkrasota.ru.
4. If your file or download link does not work
If the download link does not work, expires before you receive the product, the archive is corrupted, or you cannot access the paid files due to a technical issue, please contact customer support.
Please include, where possible, the name or email used for the purchase, your order or payment details and a short description of the problem. After verifying the order, we will restore access, provide a new download link or offer another appropriate solution.
5. Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before access to the digital product has been provided, please contact us at info@madamkrasota.ru. The possibility of cancellation will depend on the order status, whether the digital content has already been supplied, and applicable law.
If the digital product has already been supplied or downloaded, cancellation and refund requests are considered taking into account the nature of the digital product, the circumstances of the request and any mandatory customer rights under applicable law.
6. Refunds
You may contact us regarding a refund if the paid digital product was not supplied, the supplied file cannot be used due to a technical error attributable to Creative Factory, you received a different product from the one purchased, or another refund ground applies under applicable law.
Each request is reviewed individually. Where a refund is due, it will be processed using a method permitted by the payment service and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits any customer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded by agreement under applicable law.
7. Important information about your license
Purchasing a Tattoo Kit does not transfer copyright ownership of the artwork to the customer. The customer receives only the rights of use granted under the applicable Personal Tattoo License.
